Launching my career as a freelancer

Starting today, January 1st, 2025, I made the biggest leap of my life. This New Year, I set a single, clear goal for myself: “Follow your dreams.” For me, that dream has always been filmmaking. It’s not just a hobby, it’s a deep-rooted passion for creativity, storytelling, and building worlds that can inspire others. This passion has been with me since I was a kid. Today marks the beginning of my journey to turn that passion into a reality.

Over the past few months, I’ve dedicated every ounce of free time to building a career that aligns with my dream. Whether it was brainstorming ideas, practicing editing, or immersing myself in the art of storytelling, I’ve been preparing for this leap. It hasn’t always been easy, but every small effort reminded me of why I love this craft and why I need to pursue it wholeheartedly. The decision to commit to this path feels like a massive shift—scary, yes, but also exhilarating.

Today is my first step into this new chapter. I don’t know exactly where this journey will take me, but I do know it’s where I’m meant to be. Filmmaking is more than a career to me; it’s a chance to connect, to create, and to live out my purpose. With this decision, I’ve chosen not just to follow my dreams but to bet on myself—and I can’t wait to see where that leads.
